Our Manufacturing Capabilities

Petra Lab-X operates a 60,000 sq ft facility in Vaughan, Ontario. We run 12 mixing kettles ranging from pilot batches to large-scale production runs, with 10 filling lines that handle bottles, tubes, jars, sachets, and sticks — critical for stick deodorant production. Our facility is ISO 22716 certified for cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practice, and we operate four distribution warehouses across Canada and the US.
